Chloe is widowed and a retired teacher, living in a large house on the Wendover Road with her son, his wife and three grandchildren
She came to Aylesbury in !961. The political activity started in 1981 with the birth of the SDP It was not until September 1989, on the fourth attempt, that she was elected as a District Council member for Southcourt She was elected four more times to the district in Southcourt and Grange Wards and finally in Coldharbour,which contains a large part of the erstwhile Southcourt Ward
From May 1992 to May 1994 she was Mayor of Aylesbury
In 1993 she was elected on to the County Council for the division of Aylesbury East and Bierton and has held the seat until now
Her main interest is in education in its widest sense, especially, in the Early Years.
