I am the Aylesbury Town and AVDC councillor for Bedgrove, having been first elected in May 2001.
You can contact me by phone on 01296 422232 or by post to 86 Bedgrove, Aylesbury HP21 7BE.
As a councillor I am able to bring the issues of my ward to the officers of the council, and disability issues to all the councillors. I hope that I am seen as an effective councillor for Aylesbury, and the people of Bedgrove in particular, even though the worst thing about being a councillor is the amount of paperwork we have to wade through. More should be available through email or the web.
What I like best about Aylesbury is the countryside around it. Apart from being a Councillor, I enjoy walking my dog, horseriding, cross stitch, reading novels and watching TimeTeam on the television. I work at Buckinghamshire Association for the Blind and was Chair of the charity SANDS (stillbirth and neonatal death society) for several years.
